Paola Ponders is not just a label but rather a brand with a commitment to encouraging mindful movement. It aims to create a community brand and support a balance between body, mind and spirit.
My sportswear collection includes an array of offerings, from skirts, cozy sports bras to trendy cycling shorts, shaped leggings, and jumpsuits. The fabric innovations and unique designs that we use are aimed at ensuring that our customers experience both comfort and style.
Last year my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer. We are still fighting the good fight, but there is great news. She was completely healed in seven months from the most aggressive cancer (inflammatory breast cancer). I’m so thankful to God for her miracle.
Inspired by my sister’s faith and resilience, I decided to launch my collection, “Faith over Fear,” in honor of my sister’s victory over breast cancer. My second collection, “Reborn”, was launched in the fall. For this summer I have a beautiful capsule. In every collection that I release, I include a pink item that represents the fight of every woman with breast cancer. As founder and product developer of Paola Ponders functional wear, my purpose is to inspire people to embrace their power and boost their self-confidence as they challenge their boundaries in their fitness and daily routines.
The logo of my brand is an olive tree. The olive tree exudes personality. It’s a gnarly sort of plant, often dancing in the wind. It is a symbol of healing, light, victory, prosperity, friendship, reconciliation, cleansing, and richness, and above all, a sign of peace.
