Comprised of over 380 local businesses that are looking to increase visibility and  expand their share of the New Canaan Market, The Chamber’s Mission is to Connect Community with Commerce.

There are multiple ways for businesses to put their Chamber Membership to work. Throughout the year the Chamber provides many opportunities for you to network, exchange business cards, make contacts and promote your business. The Chamber hosts a minimum of six events a year in various locations around town. We hope you will attend or even host one of our upcoming B2B events!

Your Business

Our Weekly newsletter is sent to over 5,200 local businesses and residents and has an open rate of between 30% and 35% with a click through rate between 5% and 9%. Each Chamber member is entitled to two free ads per year in the newsletter. Submission for inclusion can be as simple as sending in an image, linked contact information and a 80-120 word paragraph. There is one 300 X 900 Banner unit available in each newsletter as well.

Our Chamber website is a valuable local resource that delivers over 70M page views every year. Your business listing gives all your basic contact information, business description, and links to your company’s website and social media outlets.

For additional impact Members can purchase sponsored units on the Chamber website via the Homepage, Community Calendar or Membership Directory.


“A Rising Tide Floats All Boats”… The Chamber runs multiple town wide events such as Sidewalk Sale, Halloween Parade, Holiday Stroll, Annual Golf Outing, and the Taste of the Town Stroll. These events are designed to enhance the spirit of community as well as promote all Member businesses.

This program celebrates the unique relationship between New Canaan Businesses and the non-profit community. Local businesses have the opportunity to sponsor an email that is sent to 5,000 local businesses and residents. This email gives businesses a chance to discuss their products and/or services and to highlight their favorite non-profit organization in New Canaan. Get in on the Social Scene.


The Chamber has become a clearinghouse of information about doing business in New Canaan. We receive hundreds of requests for referrals each year. By being a Member, your Company is on the list of referred businesses.

The Chamber Staff can help you navigate the ins and outs of doing business in New Canaan as well as consult with you on the local marketing plan for your business. If you are looking to form local partnerships we can use our extensive community knowledge to match you with the businesses and organizations whose mission would be complimentary to yours.
