Nearwater Pilates is a small Pilates Studio catering to the needs of all clients of all ages and fitness abilities. We offer Privates, Duets and Trios on the Pilates Apparatus: Reformer, Tower and Chair. We also offer Pilates Mat classes in a Group setting as well as  on-line training using Zoom. If you are unable to come into the Studio, training on all Pilates Apparatus and the Mat is available on Zoom.
