COtwo (see-oh-too) Advisors was established to unlock access to one of the most innovative and fast-evolving asset classes in the global marketplace: European Union Allowances (EUAs). We bring together deep expertise in finance, policy, and carbon markets, understanding both the mechanics of emissions trading and the needs of modern investors.

EUAs are the core units traded within the European Union Emissions Trading System (EU ETS), a highly regulated and liquid cap-and-trade market. As the EU ETS has matured, EUAs have developed the characteristics of a dynamic commodity asset—featuring price discovery, market depth, and policy-driven scarcity that can create compelling trading and investment opportunities.

COtwo Advisors offers a streamlined entry point to this asset class. Our goal is to make participation in the global carbon market accessible, efficient, and transparent for all investors.

We launched the first U.S.-listed exchange traded product (ETP), CTWO (listed on the NYSE Arca). Via this product, we provide exposure to EUAs by owning physical allowances. With our ETP, investors can now access the performance of EUA markets through a transparent, regulated, and easily tradable vehicle—without the need for complex custody solutions or direct participation in carbon registries
