With over 14 years experience in NYC and CT real estate, Ashlei has developed an in-depth knowledge and a unique set of skills. In addition to assisting buyers and sellers with all types of properties, she has served as sales director for several new developments. A few of her favorites include 101 Wall Street, Jolie on Greenwich, The Westly, and she sold out 175 W 10th Street- a boutique condominium in the West Village. She is now leading sales for SERHANT. New Development at The Mill Westport and has a team of agents serving NYC, Westchester, & Fairfield County. Ashlei’s assemblage of real estate experience working in multiple markets has led her to become a creative negotiator, a thoughtful communicator, and a diligent researcher who stays on top of changing market dynamics.

Ashlei is also the host of ‘STAGED’, an interior design show on Ryan Serhant’s YouTube Channel, which has given Ashlei special access to partner with top designers. She has gained a thorough understanding of how to design and prepare listings for market and the show is another way Ashlei showcases not only her listings, but also her personal brand.

Ashlei is the mother of two boys, Theodore & Atticus, and after calling NYC ‘home’ for more than 10 years, she now resides with her husband and children in New Canaan, CT.
