Middle school parents, plan for a successful summer! Join New Canaan CARES and Saxe PTC on April 23, 2026, 9:30–10:30 AM at Saxe Library, for Kate Wingate’s interactive session: “Adventures in Learning: Summer Strategies for Kids”

Get practical tools to boost executive function skills and create a balanced, productive summer plan for your child. Kate will discuss what executive function skills are and how parents can develop an executive function plan for themselves to support their children. Kate will provide numerous examples of how to develop these skills throughout the summer. She will also discuss what success looks like and how to achieve learning in a child-centered way.
