Wellness and Tea with Pilin Anice

This restorative morning begins with a delicious cup of iced herbal tea from Grace FarmsFoods, followed by an open-air movement class led by our longtime wellness guest expert, Pilin Anice, a renowned yoga, dance, and meditation instructor.
These movement and meditation classes are for ages 18+ up. Accessible for all levels, no prior yoga or meditation experience is required. Participants may bring their own mats, towels, props, and water.
