Collage & Watercolor Media Workshop

Artists & Beginners Welcome at this one day workshop with artist and instructor Anne McCormick. Come experiment with composition & color and go home with a finished collage or two!

In this class, both watercolor (transparent) and gouache (opaque) paints will be explored as well as collage. Through a series of discussions and demonstrations, Anne will teach about technique, color, composition, perspective, and light & shadow. Captivating, but simple still life arrangements will be set up for inspiration.  Students are welcome to bring interesting objects and/or photos to class. A bit of Art History will be reviewed to show the masterpieces that have been created with these mediums.
