Learn how to digitize your portfolio in this one day crash course on artwork capture and documentation! Instructor Liz Bannish walks participants through the process of making accurate digital representations of your artwork for use on your website, calls for entry, or any other digital platform. See the setup for camera shooting or scanner captures, learn Photoshop best practices, and tips and ticks for RAW edits and JPG export. A useful tutorial for any artist looking to create a digital archive of existing artwork. Questions encouraged; there will be an opportunity for individual inquiries and students will receive a handout of the topics covered at the end of class.
Basic knowledge of DSLR cameras and Photoshop is not required for attendance, however, this class will be more helpful for those who are comfortable with camera controls and familiar with Photoshop software.
