It may seem obvious that eating dinner with your family is a good thing. Research provides plenty of support for the importance of family dinner for kids: Learning vocabulary, fewer behavior problems, less substance abuse, and healthier eating are some of the positive outcomes.

On Saturday April 1st the New Canaan Mounted Troop will host an Open Horse Show from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Competing will be our own Troopers as well as riders and horses from local barns. A food truck will be on the premises

This magical experience takes place on the historic property and sprawling grounds of Waveny Park. It includes 10,000 Easter Eggs, the Dixie Land Band, bounce houses, bunny ears, face painting, photo opportunities with Mr. Bunny and lots and lots of cookies and cupcakes!
