An area gem located in the heart of downtown New Canaan, CT. with floor to ceiling windows, radiant heated floors, meditation garden and outdoor yoga space – our yoga studio and accredited training academy offer in person and online programs for all levels. Instructors are all certified, trained and mentored through Sama Academy.
