focused on digital safety, ethical technology, and the growing impact of AI on children and families

Vaishnavi J is the founder and principal of VYS. She is an expert in online child safety and privacy, as well as age-appropriate design, policy development, and product guidance. She was the global head of Youth Policy at Meta, led Twitter’s live streaming and video content safety efforts, and previously served as Google’s child safety and privacy lead for the Asia-Pacific region.

Dr. Marc Potenza is a Professor of Psychiatry, Child Study and Neuroscience at Yale School of Medicine. He is a leading expert on addiction, impulsivity, and the impact of technology on behavior, with research spanning social media use, gambling, pornography, and emerging digital risks.

Dahlia Edidin Locke is the Policy and Education Manager at World Without Exploitation, leading policy advocacy and education efforts on commercial sexual exploitation. Her experience includes curriculum development for youth education on sex trafficking, the digital sex trade, and image-based sexual abuse.

Officer Matt Blank is currently a Sergeant First Class in the Connecticut Army National Guard and a New Canaan Police Officer. He is also a dedicated School Resource Officer (SRO) assigned to Saxe Middle School. Officer Blank has specialized his Advanced Individual Training in military intelligence which involves using data to find patterns in order to predict military situations.
