Our canine companions are lovable, and entertaining, but also intriguing. What drives them to bark, sniff, and play and what goes on in their canine minds? Alexandra Horowitz, dog researcher and author of The Year of the Puppy: How Dogs Become Themselves will present an enlightening talk as she shares her knowledge and insights about dogs. In this scientific memoir, Horowitz details her puppy Quiddity’s growth and development during this critical year from birth to first birthday.
Elm Street Books will be onsite to sell copies of Year of the Puppy.
