Performance Optimal Health is hosting another workshop for pregnant women at any stage, designed to equip you with powerful tools to help you confidently prepare for pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum.
The event will be guided by women’s health experts, including pelvic floor physical therapists, pre and post-natal exercise specialist and a certified nutritionist.
Workshop Content Includes:
– Maintaining a healthy pelvic floor during pregnancy / to prepare for birth
– Birthing positions that promote a safe and healthy delivery
– Breathwork designed for expecting women (leading up to and during birth)
– Safe and effective prenatal exercises to keep the body moving
– Pre-natal and post-partum nutritional advice for mom and baby
