Through Our Eyes X: New Canaan High School Art Exhibit Opening

The Carriage Barn Arts Center will host an opening reception for Through Our Eyes X. For the 10th year, the New Canaan Society for the Arts and New Canaan High School are partnering to present this exhibit of select works by current art students at the Carriage Barn Arts Center. The exhibit will also feature a juried selection of work by NCHS Alumni working across all media.
Through Our Eyes X celebrates the skills, creativity, and personal voice of high school art students enrolled in introductory, intermediate and advanced art courses, including photography, digital media, drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics, jewelry and filmmaking taught by visual arts faculty Maggie Pennoyer, Kimanne Core and Jennifer Sinski.
The Through Our Eyes X art exhibition is presented by the New Canaan Society for the Arts. Sponsors include Bankwell, Handwright Gallery & Framing, HTG Investment Advisors, Newcanaanite.com, William Raveis Real Estate and The Fritz Eager Foundation for Art Education.
Several pieces are available for sale starting at $75.
Exhibit hours are Wed-Sat 10am-3pm & Sun 1-5pm
