Join this virtual seminar for an in-depth discussion about the injury risk tendencies for women athletes over 40, and how women can prepare themselves for various sporting activities to avoid painful conditions and future complications. The panelists will review the importance of weight training, general exercise recommendations and recovery strategies to optimize performance. This discussion will also focus on the effects of hormonal changes on the pelvic floor musculature during the peri- and post-menopausal stages as well as techniques to combat urinary leakage and additional symptoms.
