In this session, Belinda Wasser will discuss the biggest mistakes made by small businesses. All small businesses need to grow, especially those just starting out. Unfortunately, too many business owners focus on the wrong things, ignoring what really matters and wasting precious time and money in the process. In this fast-paced keynote, Belinda Wasser reveals – and offers suggestions for fixing – seven of the most common errors made by small business owners when trying to grow, including poor contact management; lack of investment in technology; how to work successfully with contractors and more.
