Performance Physical Therapy and Wellness, founded 17 years ago by Todd Wilkowski, is dedicated to the notion of ‘Get Well Stay Well’. The philosophy of getting clients back on track, and keeping them strong and injury-free, has been the driving force behind offering physical therapy and additional wellness services (including personal training, Pilates, massage, nutrition counseling and cryotherapy).

‘We have a strong and vital presence in Fairfield County, and New Canaan was the very logical next addition to our geographically dispersed portfolio. Our facilities have been specifically designed to address the physical therapy and wellness needs of a very demanding and discriminating clientele’, says Wilkowski.

Performance of New Canaan will be staffed with experts in the area of musculoskeletal, health and movement therapies. The client base will include youth, athletes, weekend warriors and middle-aged individuals who live and active and healthy lifestyle.

All New Canaan residents, businesses and community leaders are invited to our Open House on Thursday, April 25th from 6-8 pm. Kevin J. Moynihan, First Selectman of New Canaan, will be there to cut the ribbon and welcome Performance to New Canaan (6 pm sharp).. Food and wine will be served.
