Support children’s mental health while getting physically fit~
This Thanksgiving, go ahead and sneak that extra piece of pumpkin pie…and ‘spin’ it off during JoyRide/Darien’s fundraising event in support of the Child Guidance Center of Southern Connecticut.
Dina Fay will lead an inspiring ride, designed to accommodate all fitness levels using top-of-the-line Schwinn AC Sport bikes in a stadium-style cycling studio.
This spin-tastic event will take place on Sunday, December 4th at 12:30 pm at Darien’s JoyRide, 25 Old Kings Highway North.
Please be sure to arrive 15 minutes early.
Bikes are limited and will sell out fast, so you must book your bike in advance at: http://www.joyridestudio.com/darien/events
Suggested minimum donation of $40, payable at the door.
