In the spring, we installed 12 bee hives across four Land Trust properties and ended up with 300+ pounds of honey (and 850+ individual bottles).
Join us on Saturday, September 30th, as we host a honey bottling workshop. Learn to bottle honey and help us label our existing jars with the logo designed by Olive Goldenberg, age 12, through our “Honey, We Need a Logo!” contest we hosted in the spring with the New Canaan Library.
