About Alexis:
Alexis is the founder of Brooks Law, PLLC. She is a Connecticut-licensed attorney who serves small businesses and consultancies, many of which are owned by female entrepreneurs. Alexis advises on entity structure and formation, drafts company policies, reviews, drafts and negotiates various types of agreements, and advises and manages the hiring needs of small businesses. She lives in New Canaan, Connecticut with her husband and three children.

About Eileen:
Eileen is the founder of Central Park Executive Coaching. She is an executive and career coach. Eileen coaches in the areas of leadership, performance improvement, career exploration and transitions, and on-boarding. Eileen is a Core Guide at Chief, a women’s peer networking organization supporting development of C-suite executives. She also provides HR advisory services to early stage and small companies, offering expertise in organization design, talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development. Eileen brings over 30 years of experience leading HR and Talent Management teams in large global companies. She has worked in the Financial Services, Technology and Hospitality industries.
