Come learn some basic movements to build shape, confidence and sexiness. I’ll teach you how to build a strong sexy look for a lifetime. I will give you some specific movements you should be doing several times a week to build those arms/shoulders you desire or maybe it’s shapely glutes you seek. Either way, you can have it all when you come and learn how to change your body through weight training. I will also give you some nutritional nuggets! You don’t want to miss this!
Come dressed in exercise pants or shorts, a tank top and sneakers. Be sure to bring water and a towel!
