Business Succession Planning Workshop

In collaboration with the New Canaan Library, we invite all to join us for this live virtual informative workshop on Thursday, September 30 at 7 PM EST.
If you are a business owner, you have undoubtedly spent a great deal of your time, energy and finances creating and running a successful business. When the time comes to move on to another phase of life, you want to leave your business in the best hands, and with the best plans in place. In this workshop, Connecticut attorneys Wesley D. Cain, Janie L. Mc Dermott, and Timothy S. Klimpl will cover many of the areas necessary to understanding one’s options, including the basic components and action items for a business succession plan, considerations to properly individualize a plan, and business, employment, tax, and estate planning factors, among other topics.
