Bankwell presents Lunch & Learn Seminar Finding Balance: Mothering Teens and Yourself

As part of an ongoing effort to provide value to the community, Bankwell in New Canaan will host a free lunchtime seminar on Thursday, May 19th from 12-1:30 pm at the bank’s 208 Elm Street branch, themed, “Finding Balance: Mothering Teens and Yourself.” The seminar will be presented by Counselor and Prevention Specialist and Ram Council Foundation President Joyce Sixsmith.
Ms. Sixsmith will provide an encouraging discussion on effectively parenting teens, and the program will span topics of interest such as physical and emotional health, home life, finances, job and relationship satisfaction, exercise, social life, parenting issues and more. Ms. Sixsmith will also share tools for change and provide resource packets.
The program is free to the community and limited to the first 25 people who RSVP for the event. A light lunch will be served. To RSVP, interested parties are asked to contact Lucy French at Bankwell at (203) 659-7619 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
