The Cultural Alliance of Fairfield County (CAFC) is hosting the second annual Arts & Culture Empowerment Awards Breakfast on June 7th, from 7:30 – 9:00 am at The Shore and Country Club in Norwalk. Broadway leading lady and Tony Award winner Kelli O’Hara will be the guest speaker.
