In keeping with the Chamber’s mission of “Connecting The Community With Commerce” this Calendar was created to allow member businesses and New Canaan based non-profits to promote their upcoming events to the public. The Community Calendar is a local resource for all residents and visitors and has quickly become one of the most visited pages on the site. Events can be submitted via the link below and will be reviewed and posted within 24-48 hours.
SUBMIT AN EVENT
Now in our 40th year, the New Canaan Society for the Arts annual member show celebrates the range, interests, and talents of our artist members working across all subjects, styles, and media in art.
New and current members can submit up to three works not previously exhibited at the Carriage Barn, one will be selected for the show.
August 18, 2017 – Submission deadline
August 23, 2017 – Notification of selected work
September 10, 2017 – Opening Reception 3 – 5 PM
October 7, 2017 – Show closes
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AND FEE:
To enter, membership must be current for the duration of the show through October 7, 2017. Entry fee: $20 for up to three entries.
