This year’s Holiday Stroll will be held Saturday December 2nd. We have condensed the event in to one day as the weather on Friday night calls for heavy rain.

The Holiday Stroll is New Canaan’s answer to Small Business Saturday…Our Stores are excited to kick off the Holiday Shopping season and will be ready to help you find the perfect gift for whomever is on your list!

On Saturday Santa will be doing his annual Meet and Greet at Houlihan Lawrence (161 Elm Street) from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. Bring a donation for the Food Pantry when you come to see Santa. When you are downtown shopping on Saturday you will have a chance to grab a waffle from the original Vermont Waffle Cabin and hear some holiday tunes!

Come back to town starting at 5:30 pm to see a show put on by local singers and dancers and grab a Selfie with Santa , eat a S’more or waffle, and stay to shop and grab dinner with friends! The trees are lit up and it promises to be a magical night. There will be light up trinkets for sale and you may event see a few of your favorite Holiday Characters hanging with the School mascots!
