In Cinderella: A Pantomime, playwright Norman Robbins has turned this much-loved fairy tale on its ear — and the results are delightfully hilarious. The whole family will enjoy this clever retelling, which features musical numbers, cross-dressing, unexpected and surprising twists and, of course, a happily ever after.

Performances take place at the Powerhouse Performing Arts Center in Waveny Park, New Canaan. Show dates are Thursday, December 12 and Friday, December 13 at 8 p.m., and Saturday, December 14, and Sunday, December 15 at 2:30 p.m.

Special note: Our Saturday, December 14 performance is the special Toys for Tots performance and the price of admission for a child is a new and unwrapped toy.
