Save the Date….Upcoming Chamber Events

Believe it or not Spring and Summer will be here soon! Mark your Calendars for some Fun in the Sun! Coming in May “Art in the Windows” organised by the Carriage Barn Arts Center which will display beautiful works from local artists in our shop windows. The Event will be kicked off on May 22nd by an Evening Stroll. On Sunday June 8th New Canaan will “be hosting visitors of the four legged variety with the return of Dog Days! Saturday July 19th will be the Annual Village Fair and Sidewalk Sale a full day of family fun and shopping. To cap off the summer the Chamber will be hosting the Taste of the Town Stroll on August 22nd! Opening Reception for “Through Our Eyes”

New Canaan High School Students Display their Works at the Carriage Barn Arts Center. The Show Runs from Saturday, March 1 – Saturday, March 15, 2014

Opening Reception Friday, February 28th, 6 – 8 pm. The Carriage Barn Arts Center is open: Wednesday – Saturday 10 am – 3 pm and Sunday 1 – 5 pm. The mission of the Carriage Barn Arts Center is to promote the visual and performing arts and to enrich the community through exhibitions, education and other cultural experiences. The Carriage Barn Arts Center offers artists opportunities to exhibit their work in an exceptional gallery space in a unique nineteenth-century stone barn. Exhibits, lectures and educational workshops, concerts and other events are held in this adaptively reused historical building on the grounds of a former estate, now Waveny Park.
