The Carriage Barn is a member and community supported non-profit arts organization and gallery. Activities include 8-10 annual art exhibits, concerts and performances, lectures and tours, educational workshops and classes for all ages. Highlights include the annual photography show, “Deck the Walls” holiday wreath & small works sale, a student art exhibition and the “Art in the Windows” exhibit and arts festival in downtown New Canaan.

Artists working in all media, and anyone interested in learning about and supporting the local arts community are welcome to join and get involved. The Carriage Barn Arts Center gallery and multi-purpose room are also available to rent for private parties and fundraisers.

General information:
– Located in New Canaan’s Waveny Park, the Carriage Barn Arts Center is open Wednesday-Saturday 10am-3pm and Sunday 1-5pm.
– Admission is free and open to the public with a suggested donation for non-members.
