Support Advertising sales account executives and Marketing Director Responsibilities: •Call prospects from a large list of accounts with previous sales history •Make face-to-face calls with Clients in specific developmental categories •Respond to advertising inquiries •Work with the sales team to manage leads and help with proposals •Build your own book of business from developmental categories •Prepare media kits and stock magazine shelves •Help to dispense outbound mail and e-blasts to advertisers •Organize office inventory for the sales team •Assist with client account maintenance •Assist with company events as neededAmbassador/ Sales
